blower knob problem

Car: 1990 Trans Am
Engine: 305 TPI L98 cam
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 eaton
blower **** problem
ok my blower control **** is jacked up. the fan only works on the lowest setting and the motor only comes on when the **** is in the off position. any idea what could caus this? bad relay? bad switch?

Blown Blower Switch So Switch Switch
Sounds like the switch.
Using a wire jump terminals E (BROWN wire) to terminal B (ORANGE wire).
It the blower runs at high speed replace the switch.
