open loop/BLM question

I have an 85 305 TPI with an 870 ecm. My question. When in open loop ( when you first start cold ) and using the tables, is there any value in there from the BLM that was last used that is added or subracted from the tables. Just trying to sort out different things I see on my winaldl.

If your question is "will the BLM from the last run still be active when re-starting again from cold (open loop)", the answer is yes.
The ECM will not alter or update the BLM until it achieves Closed Loop status, but it remembers history unless it is reset by disconnecting the power source or a dead battery. The Closed Loop learning process for BLMs goes on forever, and the history is used whenever the engine is started.

Thanks much for the info. That is certainly the kind of indications I was getting and it all makes my reading more logical.
