Rebuilt engine trouble

I have another post about this but I figured I would ask about some electronics. I just finished building my 355. And I'm curious with the larger cam, different heads do I need to have a chip burned for my setup? Trying to figure out why it won't run. It was running on it's own yesterday and today I replaced the header gasket and readjusted the valves and now it won't run without me giving it gas. Just wondering if it could be a computer problem. Thanks
