Accel DFI PLEASE HELP!
Ok here is the run down, I am running a Gen 7 with the latest firmware and the latest Calmap software V6.1.2. I am running a dual sync distributor and I am running sequential injection. The rest of my combo can be found in my sig.
Now the issue I am having...It idles good and pretty much anything over 2500 rpm is cool. From about 1500-2500 rpm I have a mean stumble. It seems to do it under light cruise and taking off from a light. If I keep my foot steady it will dip a couple hundred rpm during the surging. I have tried two different dual sync distributors and I have even switched it to stagered batch fueling and I still had the same results. I have beefed up the tps rate of change for AE and it still hasn't really helped me out too much. I am out of ideas, can someone else shed some light on this?

Let me run this by too, this is how I set the distributor up.
Put it in and rotated the housing in a counter clock wise direction. I rotated it until the blue cam led went out, continue rotating until the red led came on again and and then out, however before the the red led went off the blue one re-lit. this is where I locked it down. I then rotated the engine back 25 deg and lined up the rotor with the #1 terminal on the cap. Does this sound right?

I think some of the newer distributors had 2 spots where the cam sync (blue) LED came on. However, there should only be one spot in the rotation where the blue light goes off, then the red light comes on and goes off. That is the correct indicator of TDC#1. I'd try resetting your dizzy again to see if you can find the correct spot.
It may help if you can look at it with a timing light while you are opening the throttle to see if your actual timing value is tracking what you have programmed.
You could also force the timing to a safe value and try running through the rough spot to see if that makes any difference.

Re: Accel DFI PLEASE HELP!
Your VE table is a mess! Try this: from the Configuration menu, select "Quick ECM Setup", then "2 Bar Presets". Select the Base VE table and send it to your ECM. Then try running through the rough spots.
The VE table should be a smooth surface (view it in the 3D Graph window -- then view the one from the 2 Bar presets). Yours is all over the place at lower MAP readings; I think it may be contributing to the issues that you are seeing now, and it will definitely drive you nuts when you get into serious tuning later on.

WOW!!! Thanks aDFIguy. I used the 2 bar presets and this thing runs pretty good. I still feel a very slight stumble, but I am running way better than I was. Here is my new file and a log can you give it another peek and offer anymore advice? I appreciate your help!

That looks better. You still have some work to do, the log shows some pretty lean spots when you start to roll into it. You should do some more logging at steady state to see where your A:F ratios is versus what you have programmed in your target A:F table. Adjust your VE table as needed to keep the reading around your targeted value.
However, remember that your VE table should be a smooth map; it shouldn't look like a mountain range! If you dial your map in on a few spots, use the 3D table to smooth the areas in between the spots that you had calibrated correctly.
You should probably open up your UEGO Max Positive and Negative correction values until you get the fueling worked out a little better. It might keep you from having to buy a new set of pistons.
