Weird stuff...$4F code on 8747 ECM with a CPS???

Car: 1980 Jeep CJ7
Engine: AMC 360 with GM TBI
Transmission: TF727 set for kill...let's get it on!!!
Weird stuff...$4F code on 8747 ECM with a CPS???
Does this mask/ECM use a crankshaft position sensor? One of my friends got a TBI and he says it has a CPS. DIY-EFI archives (GMECM part) don't say anything about this ECM. I thought it was basically the same as a 7747 or 8746.

747, and 746 are very similiar.

Hmmm...then I wonder what he is calling a CPS. I didn't think it had one. I'll get him to send me a pic of his "CPS".
