Is it ok to ask suggestion on chip mods?

Cam has a 212-218 @ .50 with 444 lift, little more with comp cams 1.6 rollers and shave .020/Fel Pro 1094 Gaskets on 76 cc heads now about .046 less to improve compression, using Fel Pro HP345N40 Pistons.
Turbo City ask me what to change as all I could tell was chip they made had more advance, but I am not sure what settings to change unless I can get some reading on computer specs now of any rough ideas as at idle its very rich assuming lower vacuum makes ECM think it's under load. Blacken drive way at idle and plugs load up quick and does not sound like much of a cam at idle.
Turbo City's TBI modified 350 flows around 590 CFM, may got to a Injector spacer and checking on CFM-Tech.com spacer which bridges TBI's ports to allow air to draw from both sides at any time. Guess its good that I did not try Summits 112 LSA 1103 cam, but I wondered if more lift on exhaust would of help motor?

The reason I got into Prom Burning was because of Turbo City.

They said I told them I had a manual tranny, when in fact I had an auto, and then wanted to charge me for redoing their error. Or using one of the free updates to correct their error.

I should Thank them since becuase of their poor customer relations, I've gone on to learn a little about chip burning, and engine management.

But, to directly anwer your guestion, the only way to get a chip that's correct for your car, and your driving style is by doing your own. The more radical the cam, the more effort it will take to tame it down.

first step DATA LOGGING. second step DATA LOGGING. honestly the first step is studying all the threads here and the sticky's and the tuning articles written by Trax and Ane****. you are in exactly the position i was 6/03. car ran like crap. i was about to send $400 to JET for custom chip but after reading up on tuning i realized a custom chip is about 70% accuracy. now the killer was a car show. a beautiful 57 chev with efi LT!. i asked who burned your chip . ans howell. car runs like crap after 3 burns. oil polluted too. needless to say plugs foul.

Thank both Grumpy and Ronny as I was a little upset to fine that chip they never adjust to run with around a 14-15 vacuum and only put in more advance and wanted as Grumpy stated to charge me after paying for their custom chip another 50.00 because in my opinion it was not even close to what I was told or promised ran like crap!

I did not think with compression upgrade(9.0-9.4) as mentioned when chip was design would been so badly made, but such is life as money seems to be more of concern then a working chip.

Sounds like they haven't changed in the last 8+ years.

As mentioned get a scanner and get familiar with what you have, then start doing a few chips. Take notes. Look for trends. then work on understanding that it's the least amount of timing that supports the best performance that is what's important. Unless you doing this for an all out race car.

Truck has 345x55x16 rear tires, replaced MT 15.50x29x15 with Boyd rims and BFG radials even though MT's looked cool, just about a little to wide on 11" rims. Have a air ride system, stull phatom grill and wanted performance to reflect looks as it's embarrassing to have a fast looking vehicle that smokes and chokes on take off, it did want to run as RPM's went up and looking at keeping cam for now but later hoped to go to a better cam either crane old number 2050 or check out LSA 112 Comp Ex cams. Someone sent me Alldata and said it may work on the following, but I thought because of newer transmission (4L60E)and faster ECM it would not:

ECU is listed as: Service # 16168625 BBMW
