Inj. PW voltage-3.0v

Im still having a problem with Tunerpro show my PW to not be going over 0.50msec. With a volt meter the voltage was going over 3.0v+ when giving it wot and going back up numeriacally in order. Is this correct?

Where are you measuring from? The tps?

If its at the connectors for the injectors then it wont tell you a whole lot, although I guess you could use it as a primitive dutycycle meter.

im measuring voltage across the injector leads at the connector.

Voltage and pulse width are totally different things. Pulse width is TIME that the injector is on, and the injector is supplied with battery voltage. The reason you don't see batt voltage across an injector is because the voltage is peing pulsed on and off, and your meter is picking up an average voltage, even though it's just going from battery volts to 0 volts.
