Tuning Get Togethers....

If anyone's going to be around Bowling Green, TN, from Thur-Sat (May 18-20), I'll be there. If you want to discuss tuning, and plug reading, feel free to look me up. I'll be *around* the Fullthrottle *Tent*, in the Vendor's area. It's too busy and hectic to do much thinking about the code end of things, but it's the ideal time for talking about tuning.

If you're planning on attending the TA Nats in Dayton, I'm looking to set something up that weekend also. There's a Mario's Pizza that we might meet at, for discussing chip stuff after sunset, when the Nats have shut down.

I'll probably have my Innovative WB on hand, for those that are curious about what their actual AFRs are. You will need an operative Cig Lighter for powering up the WB..

I wish I lived closed enough to take you up on that offer, though you'd probably have security take me away after bending your ear for 3 hours

Sounds like a cool event - have fun!

That'd be cool to do around here, (eastern PA). I'd love to get together with a few people and discuss and see someone elses set-up/tuning proceedures.

Yes, I second that!

Its pretty cool that Bruce would take some time out, to let some fellow members, pick his brain in person.

I am in the Philadelphia area. I need somebody with a WB O2 to take a look at what my HSR'd 327 is doing as far as real world AFR. I burn chips but the NB is only so good. I won't be buying a WB for a few more months.

Grumpy / Brutal, the idea of a 3rd gen tuner gathering is the greatest idea since the see through bikini! I'm going to do the same in the Regional forum under NorthEast in hopes to get the New England crowd together. G*d knows I need the help in regards to tuning. Maybe a SuperChevy gathering in Epping, NH?

I have to disagree with that one. You forgot to mention "beer" as well.

Its always tough for get togethers. Somebody usually has to do more driving. Also trying to fit them in around our jobs and all.

It would be nice to maybe rent a track for a day, and play.

Thats a good idea, AC, posting that in the Regional Boards. I dont want to P/O the mods of this board, as get togethers are mentioned in the stickies, and should be there. So, that all I'm going to add here.

Grumpy, do you mean Bowling Green, Kentucky? As in the event at Beech Bend this weekend?
