Diving into tuning, started with MAF tables. Need low RPM stutter advice

Hey everyone,
Got my engine back together and started tuning. I have been reading alot in the MAF section of the sticky and adjusting MAF tables for optimal BLM. No matter what I do, I am getting a nasty low rpm stutter and i have a feeling it has something to do with something else. Car is also idling extremely rough (due to cam?)

08-502-08 compcam
Vortec heads
FIRST tpi intake
new southbay 22lbs injectors
Hooker shorties
All attached to a stock L98 bottom end

I started tuning the APYN3496 that my car came with originally. Should I switch to ARAP?
Also noticed that INT is bouncing back and forth when held at a steady TPS voltage. Does this indicate some type of vacuum leak?
I attached a short low RPM log, the car stutters quite a bit in this area.
