my horn

well, since ive had my car (1/2 a year) i havnt had a working horn. where is it located on an 88 TA? also, when i press the buttons, i hear an electric click near my fuse panel. what is the problem?

mine always did that and never worked.. never could find the problem...since this is a horn topic, why does mine always honk if the wire is connected???

i also left out...i hate the guy that invented the horn, driving would be so much better with out it....lol
