uhhh.. gas gauge :(
okay so my gas gauge doesn't work.
i have an 87 Z28 ( http://users.catt.com/~shadetreedesi...maro/may20.htm for pictures ) ... had it about two months or so, and my gas gauge is broken. the little needle is sticking straight up past full and hasn't moved at all, what would i need to do or what would someone have to do, to fix this? and i wonder how much it'd cost?
thanks...

Something to check first....
My coolant gauge did the same thing. When the gauge is reset during start up it would wedge itself up on the lip to the guage rim. I had to pull the face of he guage cluster and tweak it a little.
Just a thought.
Could be your fuel level sending unit.
