I am considering retrofitting some power folding mirrors off of a jdm vehicle. What do you suggest? I was considering some off of a s13 or maybe the s14. What do you guys think.


What other cars would you suggest that I could salvage some mirrors off of?

I think that this would be a unique mod. No one else has this, right?

I thought that it was a good idea. I guess not though.

This isn't for style, it is for aerodynamics. I figure if I can find some power folding mirrors off of some other car, and fit them on my T/A, it would be nice.

Idealy I would like to do what k1 customs did, and replace the mirrors with little cameras, but that is a little too pricey.

On ebay, the mirrors go for about 75-100 for some off of a silvia (s13, s14) and I figure that it would be pretty interesting.

I may do it some time later. I will post some pics to let you guy's know.
