autometer speedo in fbody

In my Lt1 3rd gen, I'm having to put in an electronic speedometer. Its an Autometer 4489. So how do you put all this stuff in?? I'm prepared to cut and gut the cluster housing. I have an extra one so I don't mind. I just want to put it in so it looks okay. I've seen some that remove the cluster all together and mount on the front cluster bezel. But I'm going to do a combination of stock/aftermarket gauges.

Cut and hack, cut and hack.....

I had to cut the side, cut the blinker tube, trim the water temp.

So there it is. Start to finish.

Maybe a moderator will move this post to somewhere better than here.
