fuel gauge calibration

i am not sure if this is the right spot or not, but are our fuel gauges calibratable? It appears that the float bottoms out on mine at a little higher than "E" as it does not drop anymore and doesn't fluctuate at all. The guage will go a bit past "F" though. Can this be adjusted on the gauge somehow?

Re: fuel gauge calibration

The only way would be to remove the needle and place it back where you think it should go. I'm not saying do it, that's up to you. I'm saying it's the only way.
