Wiper WTF?
Hey guys, i was coming home today and it was raining so i had the wipers on. Well they are working fine but what im wondering is i noticed the driver side wiper was actually coming off the windshield and over the windshield weather striping and i was wondering if anyone elses did that. thanks -Matt

This is usually caused by 1 of 2 things. The first one being the wiper arm may have slipped on the splines or the splines are stripped. Check to see if the wiper is all the way down when the wipers are turned off. If the drivers side one is parked higher than the passenger side one, remove the wiper arm and install in the correct position. Be sure to inspect the splines on the shaft and the arm for wear.
The second cause is the wiper blade being too long. I have the same problem because I installed aftermarket double wiper blades and the driver side one is longer than stock so it wipes off of the glass an inch on the end of the blade.
