headlight motor wont move headlight

so i recently bought my moms 1992 firebird. she sold it to me cheap cause it didnt run and needs a paintjob but its only got 70,000 original miles. so starter and some hoses got replaced and it runs great now but the driver side headlight wont move.

when i flip the switch the motor moves but doesnt move the headlight. anyone know what part i would need and how dificult it would be to fix myself? im not the handiest but i can figure it out.

No problem. It is a known issue on the 'birds. The bushings inside the gear housing turn to dust, for the most part. If the one is doing, the other isn't far behind, they both have the same amount of age and wear.
Welcome aboard, too.
