hey i have a 84 camaro with carb all of a suden when i couldnt figure out what was wrong with my lights now it wont turn over so i started it by a wire conecting the neg and pos on starter the lights work but still only 9v getting to them im only getting 7 or 8 v to the fuses none of my gagues r working the batt is good and put new pos cable on it yesterday can u help me at all
