After conversion BACK to correct alternator, fuses blowing.

Hey guys, I have an 87 iroc z 5.7 tpi.

Somebody over the years had installed a 63 amp alt 2wireplug alternator. Deleting the fan wire. f

I recently converted it back to the factory style 100+ amp alternator. with a 3wireplug

Since doing so, ive been blowing fp/fan fuses like crazy.

I cant figure this out.

ALSO: The fusible link from the back of the alternator
has a missing wire coming from it, and that's supposedly the wire to go TPI. How does my car run!?

Could this be a part of my fuses blowing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as i am missing work because of this.. ahha

Was this originally a carb car? The fp/fan fuse is connected to the alt thru the choke relay:
