91 high mount stop light ???
I just found a wire in my spare tire compartment, traced it down and it hooks to my hmsl, tested the light, it doesn't work.... Someone tried wiring it to something I guess before I owned the car. To re-wire the hmsl so that it works with the brakes, (like it's supposed to be) how would I go about doing that? Any info would be awesome, thanks guys!!

Connecting The Clown Light
You need to find out if the wire for the superfluous light is operational.
Using a voltmeter or test light (the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe the wire to see if there is power when you step on the brakes.
Is there?

The wires are non existent. I just found this out when cleaning my car, there are no wires running from the light at all... That's why I asked.

The fast way is to run a wire from the real brake lights to the superfluous light.
The original way is a wire from the brake-light switch terminal C, to the superfluous light positive.
You can connect the ground side to any ground, but to be original, use the ground near the dome light.
