c100 and engine harness

Hey guys im not sure where i should start. First of all i have a 86 camaro that i built a 383 stealth ram. I am using the fast xfi for the computer. I had lots of electrical issues with the car before i took it off the road. I purchased a new dash harness from a 90 camaro. I need to repin the c100. I am looking into info to see if i have it correctly. From what i see i need to repin the 90 harness connectors b2 to c7, c1 to d5, e1 to c6, e2 to c5, f5 to f7 and b5 to f8 and a5 to b2. The connectors that are remaining in there original place is a2,a4,b1,b4,d6,e5,f1,f2,f4,g1,g2,g5. I think everything else is not going to be used. Also what do i need to do with the body harness. will it connect to the new 90 harness or does that need to be replaced too.
