Oil pressure gauge needle getting stuck.
I haven't had to many problems with my iroc over the years I've owned it. One day, I was driving it and noticed that the oil pressure gauge needle was stuck off to the side. Tried tapping on the cluster to get it unstuck but it wouldn't budge. So, I ended up taking off the IC trim panel and removed the lens to get to the gauge. I moved the needle to get it unstuck(which the needle was stuck on the edge of the tach face). Put it all back together and all was fine. Few days later, I looked back down and what do you know, the needle was stuck back on the edge of the tach face. Did the same procedure and all was fine. I would look at the oil gauge when I turned on the ignition and it would bounce around a lot before it would come to rest and when starting the engine, the needle would bounce around the same way till the engine built oil pressure. When the engine is running, the needle stays really steady with no bouncing. It only bounces around when you turn on the ignition which it bounces far enough to get it stuck on the edge of the tach face. Is there any kind of fix to the oil pressure that will fix this or do I have to get another tach(since the oil gauge is part of it) to fix this issue? Right now, the needle is stuck again. It'll do it again everytime I fix it.

I had the same problem I had my cluster apart for the tach repair and flexed the face of the tach towards where the pressure gauge mounted to keep the needle from touching. So far so good.
