lights issue 87 t/a

upon replacing a light bulb in my tail light,an issue arose. as i was unscrewing the light bulb( or thought i was) the glass separated from the metal piece that goes in the connector, the bulb started to gather smoke and after i was finally able to get it out all the way none of the tailights worked, none of the dash lights work now either, it would appear that just the turn signals works( turning on the turn signal causes the tailights to flash for a turn). ive started checking fuses but if anyone has any insight on this it would be appreciated. ill be checking all of the fuses tomorrow and will post an update then.

Re: lights issue 87 t/a

the fuse was the issue and has been replaced, i have also replaced my rear tailights with nicer ones and replaced all of the light bulbs with new ones. problem now is the not all the light bulbs seem to come on. there is some gunk on the inside where the contacts are, i cleaned most of it out and still not all of the lights turn on. any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
