New TPI throttle cable

Bought a long time ago for a tpi project. Didn't go anywhere near a TPI setup. Still in the package. I have a trans TV cable lying around too......somewhere...

Re: New TPI throttle cable

I'm not interested personally, but I do think a price and what style TB(MAF or SD) it's for would be key information.

Good luck with your sale.

Re: New TPI throttle cable

I'm not sure if its maf or sd, or even what year, but I could measure the length. Someone that wants it knows what its worth. I always catch **** for that from non-buyers.

But realistically, a "non-buyer" can become a "buyer" if the price was right. Nobody wants to pay what something's worth, they look for deals.

I was just trying to help you out. Even a "buyer" wants to know a price, and a seller realizes what they can sell something for. I find alot of times, the ones that wont offer a price ahead of time just do it that way hoping some sucker is going to offer them more money than they wanted.

Re: New TPI throttle cable

I'd like to get the most I reasonably could for it, and the buyer would like to get it for the least. I don't think 20 bucks is unreasonable, but I would take 10 bucks if someone came over and picked it up. Some people want a price so they don't offer more than I'm looking for. What other reason could it be?

The difference is in the hook up to TB linkage , not length.
Early style cable fits a carb type ball stud ; late style has pressed end that fits in a hole in linkage

I'll take a picture of it tomorrow. I've been waiting to get my good camera back, but I don't know how long thats going to take now. I'll have to use a junk camera phone.
