The cam is the '93 cam, largest profile of all the [stock] LT1 cams. Not sure on the trans, not that it matters as the auto and manuals had the same cam.

is the valvetrain the same between the L98 and the LT1? meaning, are the lifters/dog bones/spider the exact same?
any idea what the wear is like on those lifters? how long since running?

The valvetrain is similar enough that all of the parts I have are "swappable."
Some say that the LS7 lifters are an "upgrade" to the LT1 style lifters. I personally haven't done the research to see what exactly the difference is. But again, you can swap those lifters into your LT1 or L98 or even other TBI/TPI motors.
This is a common swap for the non-roller TBI/TPI guys. Do a quick search, I bet the info is on this forum. I sold a setup to another guy on the forum - honestly I think the set he got from me was a set from a motor that had been sitting out a while. The lifters were pretty gunked up. I still feel bad about that deal - maybe when I come into my wealth I'll refund the money for those lifters...
But the set for sale is the set out of my PERSONAL motor that I ran back when I had my '95 Z28 and then the motor went into my truck. They have 70k miles on them and have zero abnormal wear. I upgraded to the Comp lifters so that's why they're out. It's been a couple years, but these have literally been sitting in a coffee can full of oil for that amount of time. They won't be gunked up like those others.
I also have another NICE looking set that is also soaking in oil. I learned my lesson after not doing that in that other set.
But I only have one spider hold-down right now.
