400 SBC short block, std bore
I have a #817 block 400 small block chevy, 2 bolt main, standard bore. Balancer & flexplate included. 2 pistons were replaced by a previous owner. Most likely it should be rebuilt. I bought it as a rebuildable spare and never did anything with it.

is the crank good or will it need to be reground? if so i could do 300

Hard to say because I havent had it apart. My gut feeling is that it would not need to be reground because everything else looks to be in ok condition.
