Bought this engine from a local car collector a few years back (his issue was his cheap chrome oil pad had a slight drip, being a guy with $$ and no ability he simply had it swapped out for a GM crate) The real issue was the engine was in the wifes 70 yenko deuce clone which they kept stored on top a drive on lift in his home gaurage, under which he parked his 69 hugger maro vert and he didn't like it getting oily. It was dynoed by the machine shop shortly after cam break in. It shows 349hp 379ftlbs at peak on the stand, most likely higher due to it being a low rpm base pull. Thus far I found the dyno sheet, still digging for the build sheet. Off the top of my head it is an early 70's 010 block with a forged crank maker of with I dont recall atm. I"ll try digging through my mess of papers for more info on parts, along w/ the cam card. I do remember it is 10:1 comp ratio with unported gm heads, will pull a VC for # but IIRC they're essently the 69 z28 302 but have acc'y holes with some valve work, screw in studs and guide plates. It's a 2 bolt block with arp main studs, a crank scraper and windage tray, double roller timing chain, m55 pump etc.. Has low tension rings so you will want to run a vac pump. All internal hardware arp bolts. Comes with a freshly rebuilt holley 650 dp. Looking for $ for or a professional rebuild for my tranny for my 86 before swapping the rebuild tpi engine back in, so would be up for a trade..

TTT Dying to get started on the project but don't want to pull the engine in case the buyer would like to see/hear it run... price negotible. Will trade straight up for a rebuilt trans for my 86 vette. If local I'd be willing to provide the trans to rebuild as well as a shift kit I'd like installed, you pay for rebuild parts and do the work May consider other trades and such so don't hesitate to post here or pm
