No dyno numbers on motor, motor has around 2000 miles on it. I see your in the midwest your more than welcome to come down too hear the motor and go for a ride. Motor is very strong to say the least

Would you be interested in selling it without the Fuel Injection?

Re: back to stockish sale

Yes I would sell without the injection setup but I would need a buyer for the engine first

Re: back to stockish sale

already got a vortec truck engine disassembled in the garage. just need the rotating assembly to push it out to a 383 instead of rebuilding it into just another 350. ive got a 388 non roller short block im trying to get rid of too. if it was a 1 peice crank instead of 2, id be reusing that rotating assembly.

Re: back to stockish sale

Why dont you just use a adapter for the rms. They sell them at jegs and summit they let you put a 2 prms crank into a 1 prms.

http://www.jegs.com/p/Moroso/Moroso-...45554/10002/-1

There's a link to a few.

Re: back to stockish sale

because i could pay $150 for an adapter, or just get a brank new eagle crank for $200. then sell off the 2 piece for more than the $50 price difference.

Re: back to stockish sale

You can't get a forged crank for 200$ unless it's used. But if you wanna go cast then that's your choice I figured you had a forged crank right now.

Re: back to stockish sale

nope, the 388 has a cast eagle crank. it was pushing less than 500hp. the 383 im building will be less than 500hp as well and i wont be reving it to the moon either. so cast will be fine.

Re: back to stockish sale

Well **** sell the 2 piece and buy a 1 piece then that's what I would do. Sounds a lot more senseable to me.
