wtb l98 or 383, or lb9 5speed setup
I am looking for a complete l98 pullout engine or a 383 with nice heads. I need everything from intake to oil pan, serpentine setup to fly wheel. I have a 1994 lt1 with 118k miles that I would trade to it. I can give you the complete LT1 setup to swap into your car, every thing you need, wiring, sensors, accesories, radiator, fans, whatever you need. Also got a 4l60e in the same car that I would be interested in trading to a built 700r4 or I would trade the lt1 engine and 4l60e trans and 3.23 gear 4th gen rear complete to a complete L98 with stealth ram, mini ram, super ram, or ported t.p.i and built 700r4 or lb9 or l98 with harness and complete 5 speed setup with all the parts to make the swap from auto to 5speed. I also got two complete 4th gen interiors that I could throw in for the right trade. I am located in London Ky. Need this stuff asap. I may also pay cash if I have to.

I just depends on the package, but if it gets to where I can build my own 383 and a good built 700r4 then I will just do that. I already have a lb9 maf engine complete, and I have an l98 short block that needs rebuilt and I have all the t.p.i stuff for it as well. I was just kinda hoping to find a nice setup to avoid taking the time to build all of it myself, and I really have no need for this LT1 or 4l60e, except to sell them or trade them.

I have a complete car that I'm looking to sell. Has the L98 thats been rebuilt. Nothing special. Basically a refresh kit. I does have Mahle pistons in it. I also swapped the auto for a 5 speed. I would sell the whole thing for $1000.

Thanks for the welcome. I love this website. I really enjoy having a place where I can go to get information on third gens, sell parts, buy parts, and ask questions. I have loved these cars since I was in Kindergarten. My second cousin got a brand new 84 z28 t-top, red and silver, 305 h.o. It was the coolest car I had ever saw. I have loved them ever since. I would have one of every year model of every z28, iroc, gta, t/a, and formula if I could afford it. I have a really nice 91 l98 z28 that I will never sell. I am wanting to build another car, either a GTA or Iroc. Planning on doing a 383 with aluminum 195cc heads, with stealth ram, dyno don headers,etc.etc.

There are a few decent cars running around town. Most are ragged out or had some awful custom work done to them. You might check with the Thompsons down on North 25. They use to have a few they were parting out.
Im trying to decide what I want to do with my car. I went carb and made it street/strip. Im thinking of making it strictly street and maybe getting rid of my skinnies and Hoosiers and going to vette wheels.
I have even toss around the idea of parting out my motor and trans. I have 3.73 gears and might go back to a taller tire or change gears.
Got any pics of your car?
