Car: 1986 Camaro Iroc
Engine: 305 TPI
Pulling out my 305

Ok so I am going to pull my first engine and was wondering what all I have to disconnect to pull it out. I have a 1986 IROC with a 305 TPI any help would be appreciated

You will have to unbolt the tranny from the engine. Remove the motor mount bolts. Unhook the exhaust. Then unhook/remove anything that stays in the engine compartment like wiring harness connectors, hoses and fuel lines, accelerator cable, Tv cable. Pull the distributor out so you dont break the cap against the firewall.
