Easy bolt up swap to engine with correct flywheel / clutch combo and 4+3 bellhousing
However the problem arises as Sofakingdom notes above because Vette trans does not have regular GM rubber trans mount underneath ext housing ( no trans cross member in C4 Vette ) and you would also need to fabricate something to mount your stock torque arm.
Also the stock 4+3 shifter mounts to the tunnel ; not the trans like normal so you would have to make that work as well.
All not impossible but not a weekend bolt in swap
Also be aware the O/d component of these trans is very expensive ($1500+ ) to repair so do not buy at any price unless you are sure the O/d is working.
The 4 spd part is just is BW Super T10 ; rebuild kits can be had for $120
