Thinking about a cutout. Have a question.
I've got a 3" catco cat and hooker catback, getting hooker 2055 headers soon and I was wondering. With just those parts everything should fit in correctly. But I've been toying with the idea of getting an electronic cutout. What would I have to cut to get this to fit inline before the cat??? I know it's possible so someone enlighten me...
Have to cut up the y-pipe? If so how much?

yeah anything before the cat and after headers is the y-pipe.
probably have to cut a an inch or two and weld in the cutout onto the y-pipe and then to the cat. its mostly alot of testing fitting and measuring twice and cut / weld once
but there should be no problem fitting a cutout under there.
the eletric cutouts seem cool, but i rather bend down and uncrew wing nuts
