Loudmouth.

My buddy has a 95 z28 with headers and no cat. It sounds great! It is really only pull me over loud when you get on it.

85, you know without a doubt how I feel, Loudmouth all the way!!!

...but regardless of the outcome of your poll, keep this in mind. I don't know how old you are, but I'm 29, and there is NO WAY I'd drive the Loudmouth everyday. It's not as ridiculous as everyone seems to think, but it's still far more obnoxious than other catbacks.

I think between Flowmaster, Banks, Hooker, and all the other standard catbacks, it's pretty much a preference as to what kind of sound you like, and which system you want. The Loudmouth is in a class of it's own. It's sounds NOTHING like the others, and is far louder. For my weekend driver, it was EXACTLY what I wanted, but like I said, it's not for everyday, IMHO.

10 years ago I would've driven it everyday, but not now. I'm such a party pooper.

Keep in mind this may not really be a fair poll..there are only a handful of us out here that have the banks system because it is not easily obtained or sold, whereas the SLP kit has been around for quite sometime and widely sold

...also keep in mind that the this may not be a fair poll since anyone can simply bolt up a Banks system, where as the SLP requires some custom fab work.

hehe...RIGHT BACK AT YA' !!!!

LOL

Yeah, I was a gonna go with either the Banks or the Flowmaster, but ultimately decided I wanted it to be a little more obnoxious.

Like I said earlier, I don't really think it's as simple as one or the other. For me, the LM is too much for everyday. But man is it sweet on the weekends!!!!:hail:

How much fab work would it take to make a loudmouth work on a 3rd gen?

A driver side hanger for the exhaust tip, and about a 2' mandrel "S" bend between the so called "muffler" and your cat.

Cakework for an exhaust shop.

LM...

my car has a flowmaster(for now ). but i definatly plan on the loudmouth when i put my next motor in. i installed the slp headers and complete exhaust on a customers 2000 z. i really liked the sound. if you short shift and dont drive like your racing some one, i didnt think it was any louder than mine. btw, i'm 34, going on 19 again
