Header question
I just purchased a set of Edelbrock headers for my 91 RS. The direct replacements only had 2 1/4" collector. I wanted 3" so there is no size difference in the rest of my exhaust. I called Jegs and spoke with a guy about it. I told him that I saw a set for a 88-90 Z/Iroc that had the 3". I asked him if they would work. He did some checking and gave me the o.k. they would work. Well I get to looking at them here in front of me and they do not have a spot for the O2 sensor. Any suggestions about how to go about drilling a hole in them for my sensor so I can still use them?
Thanks,
Thanks,

Any good auto parts store, or mail order will have bungs. I know Hooker makes them, IIRC they are like $9.00. You can drill, or use a plasma cutter, and simply have the bung welded in. Try to weld it in a 9, or 3, oclock position. Not at 6 oclock. Somtimes there are issues with moisture at the 6 oclock position. Innovate also sells them. Here is a link.

Apon further inspection, they do have a bung on the driver side header. My bad. I was in a hurry inspecting them and just missed it. Sorry guys.
Thanks for the responses though.
