ceramic or powder coated headers?
so i was wondering since im swapping from v6 to v8 i need new header sand i wanted to know what would be a better coating on them. i know alot of ppl have ceramic and ive heard of powdercoating them and ive also heard of using that shitty looking heat wrap that summit sells. i wanted to know should i have my headers ceramic coated or powdercaoted or could/should i do both. i know powder caoting works based upon the princles of atoms and im not sure if that electrical charge of the metal would still be there if i ceramiced first.

ceramic coating will not dull or flake off. it allows for better heat displacement and exhaust velocity. ceramic is more expensive but deff worth the price if your makin the jump from V6 to V8, you can prob spend a couple extra hundred and get the good stuff
