true duals question

With my 383 build starting soon (hopefully), I want to get my exhaust question out of the way. I have been thinking a lot about how to run this. At first I wanted to do side pipes but its really not worth the loss of ground clearance. I use to own a static dropped s10 pickup, and dreaded daily driving it lol. Anyways I was thinking just run the pipes down off the headers. A little ways down I will throw a muffler on there and then I will run the pipes to around the back of the door and then just point them straight down at the ground. Seeing as how this is illegal I figured I wouldn't bother with a CAT. I know you guys need more information on the motor/headers/cam etc etc to help me out here but would this be too loud to drive without getting pulled over? I am sure that if I get pulled over for loud pipes they will probably inspect the rest of my vehicle and pick out every little detail they can to give me more tickets. Thanks in advance for your help guys.

Re: true duals question

aside from it being illegal, there is no where to put a muffler under the car without losing a lot of ground clearance.
