I have an 87 TA that has been modified....nothing is close to being stk. My catalytic converter is shot and I need to replace it.. How do I determine what size/type I need. I would rather buy the part myself and have a shop install it since they charge so much for parts. My engine is a 350 5.7. Thanks

Just an FYI. Many shops will mark the part up anyway since that's part of the way they make a profit. You might check before you order something.
