Hello all. I have a 1987 Trans Am roller that I'm parting out. This was my baby and I worked on her long and hard. Recently my car was stolen and when it was returned, all the goodies where taken from it leaving me with a shell. The thieves in their haste had no mercy when pulling out the engine and transmission (along with the entire 12-speaker stereo system) and just cut wires and fuel lines. So the wiring harness is no good. I don't have the money or the heart to continue with her. So I'm going to try to get as much out of her as I can. I'm willing to sell the whole roller $400obo. There are alot of good parts left on it. Everything is sold obo and large items will need to be picked up since I don't have the time to package or ship them. I'm located in Augusta Ga, which is about 2.5hours from Atlanta and 1.5hrs from Columbia, SC. Smaller stuff I can ship if you cover shipping. Mentionable parts left are:

ebay (probably dropzone) lowering springs. $50obo
Posi-drum brake rear end with 2.73 highway gears $70
2 sets of boxed lower control arms (with grease fittings) $20obo ea

You don't happen to have headers on that car do ya? I would be interested in the whole exhaust system if you would ship it, at my expense of coarse.

Please PM me. I have money and need parts. I would like the drop springs for sure. maybe wheels, and like I said the exhaust system.

And that really sucks that it was hacked up man. Looks like an absolutely beautiful car.

dylanjessy: I can ship the console and the blackouts together for an extra $20 since I can throw them in the same box. The spoiler would be too big to ship. I'll get pictures of the console later today... The main blemishes are a few rubs from the seat and misc small holes I drilled in it for previous accessories (gauges, switches, etc). I'll include the window switch panel I made in the ashtray. Its from a manual transmission. But I can include the automatic tranny topplate if I can find it in the garage...

Jason444: the wheels are way too big and heavy to ship. Unless you arrange a pickup with a freight shipping company. But I live in Augusta Ga (on the border between Georgia and South Carolina) if you want to schedule a pickup. Condition I would say is fair-good. Definitely not show-quality.

what shape are the door panels in? How much if I come pick them up?
Also what kind of fuel door is that? Silverado or mustang? if so how much?

For the most part the door panels are in good shape. The part thats damaged is the bottom nearest to the door jamb. I had home made speaker boxes that the thiefs tore off. The only thing need for repair is new felt. The top plastic window piece has a few cracks but those can be swapped out with your current ones or any other thirdgen. The gas door is meant to go over a truck gas cap but I cut out the notch in the thirdgen door and stuck it on there. It was silver/polished but I preferred the black with polished bolts look. If you come get the door panels for $30 I'll let you have the gas door...
