'91 Bird needs front end... Help!
My teenage son managed to t-bone a volvo that turned in front of him, ripping away the front end of my cherried-out '91 Firebird. Ouch! .
I'm tight on dough, but want to get her rebuilt soon and as economically as possible.
Looking for: Front Impact/Crash Bar, Front Bumper Cover, a pair of fog lights, a pair of turn signals, and the miscellaneous clips, dampers, and trim that normally you'd fine on that huge bulbous nose of the '91/'92 Birds.
She's structurally ok, I think, just got a mangled broken nose. eBay and some junkies have a few of the parts (at shocking prices - no wonder that insurance co. 'totalled' the car), but thought I'd check here with you Pros and see if my brothers at 3rd Gen can offer some guidance or perhaps have the parts I need to get my cherry-girl back on the road and restore her dignity as well...
Thanks, fellers...

You too huh? I looked for the nose cover and other stuff too and usually very expensive for anything in decent shape. You'll just have to accept the best you can get or if you have time wait for something to come here or elsewhere and drive or pay shipping. Do some searches on the board. I saw a couple a while ago but didn't want to spring for them myself. Almost but not quite. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply: I'm in sunny so-cal, and so is my crimson beauty with the broken nose - rust-free and in the family since new.
I need to make her whole again. This is one mishap that rubbing compound will not heal...

I hear greyhound bus lines has reasonable small freight shipping costs. I might be able to look into that this weekend if I get time. Otherwise ups probably.

Try USHIP . transporters will bid for the lowest price to ship your stuff. If a guy is transporting fully loaded cross country he may take your shipment for very little
