Red '88 Trans Am, WS6, 357TPI, t-tops, in Wi

pics can be found here:
http://www.brewcitymuscle.com/forum/vbpicgallery.php?do=view&g=227

T-Tops
WS6 Package
Tuned Port 357 Swapped in from 305 - Nearly brand new Jasper Reman. Motor has about 10k on it
Stock 2.73 posi rear gear (works)
Gutted Air Box
Gutted Cat
160* Stat
Dynomax Catback
700R4
PosiTraction
Grey Interior in great shape other than Headliner
Sony XPlod CD Player
T-Tops
Body in decent shape, has typical light rust, though none is terrible. Undercarriage is great yet, though original undercoating is peeling off, and rust will start eventually. doors, and rear half, hood roof, hatch, etc. all good
if restoring, needs fenders, & front fascia.

New alternator, fluids recently serviced due to engine swap, many new sensors due to engine swap.
Not perfect, but a great base for a restoration, or just drive it. it has been my daily driver since I bought it. Need money so I can put a motor in my GTO

$2500/obo

like I said not perfect, but the price is fair, especially considering it now has a 350, and even better a few more cubes. motor is a fresh jasper reman that was in a g-body. very torquey, even w/ crap gearing in back. chirps the tires into 2nd occasionally on original stock trans. since I've got it, I've been fixing past overs screwups, etc. and it's in better shape then when I bought it, and a hell of alot more peppier. headers, and cam/heads on this big motor, and you're talking big power. give them ls1 gus a run for their money.

Really want to get rid of the car asap.

mileage at it's age really doesn't matter, but it's @ 107k on body/chassis, I'm sure the trans is more fresh than that, it works too well to be original. like I said it's a great basis for anything sleeper, racer, whatever. you already have the big remaned .040 over 350, 4-bolt mains, new radiator, alternator, alignment, and it's the right car, a trans am w/ the WS6 option, the nice 16" crosslaces, the tuned port fuel injection, and the interior, the only thing wrong is that it needs a headliner. seats are unripped, carpet is unripped, all in great shape.

I am located in SE Wisconsin

trade and cash maybe.

this money would directly go into repairing and upgrading the LS2 in my GTO and get it back on the road, as it's been parked since May.

Yes, thats my car. Car was not totally as described, but still pretty nice. Wish I had a 350 though. I love the t-tops, but I hate the rattles.
If you need some new pics, I might be able to take some pictures of it for you. Some morning after work or you could borrow it for a the night...as I work nights at Quad Graphics right in Hartford. -Nick.

i'll get new pics up this week
and we can go from there.

it runs and drives beatifully, just the paint always looked like ****, now it's just one color. in my opinion it actually looks better now, I just haven't been able to finish the paint work, not that it was much, scuffed and spray bombed flat black. the wetsanding would have smoothed it and got rid of any visible spray lines.

Had a buyer interested, kept saying don't sell it, don't sell it, I'll buy it.

Then the bugger (after we make a deal) isn't paying.

SO FOR SURE NOW. I'll be taking pics tomorrow and junk. I need this girl gone!!

Uploading new pics now...

ALSO I NOW HAVE A NEW CELL FOR ANYONE TRYING TO CONTACT ME VIA PHONE

OK here are all the new pics. I tried to be thurough and take pics of all details.

Power steering pump failed, but in the trunk I have included a replacement. Hatch motor needs repair (it works, but fell apart)
and I tried to document any body imperfections via pics. Interior is mostly in great shape other than the console starting to seperate, and the headliner is gone.
The car got a nail in the tire yesterday, so it's wearing an IROC wheel on the right rear, however, I got it fixed, I just didn't swap them back yet, included is a pic of the wheel to show i'm not BSing, and if the buyer wants I can include the full set of four IROC wheels w/ the car if they want them.

car runs like a damned champ though.

Directory is here: http://webpages.charter.net/djbriones/ta/

btw if there is any interest in the IROC wheels, two have brand new tires, and on the rears, one bald kumho, and one w/ about 1/3 tread.

retails on the new GS/Cs up front is around $140/ea to begin with, but I'm looking for $250 all four wheels, w/ tires.
