Hello Gang,
I have had a Hawks High rise Spoiler for almost a year now - Love it. Because the pieces are solid I was able to cut off the left and right drops even with the bottom of the tail lights. At the same time I also tapered the drops down to almost nothing so they wouldn't look so bulky there.
When I bought mine, they were having a sale on them - so I got it for $75.00. It may be that they are slow sellers, so a group purchase would go over quite nicely, in my opinion.
The above is just my opinion only, and not based on any outside information.

In any event, depending on pricing, I may be interested.

Yes it cost me just over $100.00 including shipping. They were having a sale on two of them (Only two at that time - ??). This sale was early last Summer. I do not think they were seconds because they looked perfect, and fit like a glove - easy install even with modding the drops. ~Ed~

GP on 5" spoiler and hoods from Hawks Third Gen Parts
I contacted Bruce at Hawks Third Gen Parts It sounds like we can get a discount but he need to know how many are "SERIOUSLY" interested . If you are post here. I did ask if we could combine hoods as part of the GP so if your looking for a replacement hood just post here with what parts your after and I'll see what I can do

I'm seriously interested, however if his idea of a gp is 10% off, count me out.

dont have set price yet normal is 299.99 he said to just let him know how many people and he will give a price i think a price range would work better in our favor though ie getting more people involved if they knew what they would be paying :-( he just said to let him know how many and he would give a price so far 7 ppl

Count me in for a spoiler if the cost ends up being around $200.00. Other wise they are overpriced.
Thanks, Steve

!!!UPDATE!!!
I emailed Bruce again this morning with the list of 11 people from NTTGA.NET AND THIRDGEN.ORG telling him whom was in and also let him know that price is a factor on some of the decisions so if he could give us some prices considering we have 11 in the pot now. I also stated considering we all know what they were when they first came out considerably less then they sell for now :-P

Just got a reply from Bruce Somehow I don't see this being as low as they go but he is right the regular price is 350 and they are on sale for 299 so its 75 off regular price.
Hi<
I am looking at my cost and about 275.00 is the best I can do right now As gasd prices rise so do fiberglass material prices hope this helps you guys keep in mind it is on sale at a 50.00 savings so that is a total savings of 75.00
Bruce Hawkins
You would think a guy in a professional position as his would make sure things are spelt right and proof read haha ;-P wtf is gasd aka gas
So I'm going to need to know how many people are serious about this yet looking at may to purchase as I don't currently have the funds myself anymore since he was taking a while to get back to me it went elsewhere.

$299 US, I'm out. If the time comes when I really want one, I'll buck up and pay for it. If it was going to be two hundred or under I would've ordered one for sure.

I think he was saying $275. Still, I know his material costs can not be more than 100 per. Espescially since the molds are obviously already made, and when buying in bulk just like a gp is a bulk buy, you get discounted price. Keep in mind that this price isn't with shipping included either! If I had the molds I could go buy fiberglass sheeting and resin and make it for less than fifty bucks!
No offense, cause hawks always seems to have high quality, but their prices always seem a little high. I know it's a buisness but that seems a little rediculous considering all the people saying they are interested. Even if total cost on his part is $150 at $275 he's still looking at $125 profit each. If you had 20 people at that price, he'd be looking at $2500 profit!

yea i know what you ment the price break isn't worth a sh*t well i think I had up to 16 ppl interested in it but apparently the gp is going to be a flop even if he didn't make that much off them a sale of 16 is better then a sale of none but his loss i suppose

Lost interest at that price, thanks for doing the leg work with Hawks. Like said above you would think that a little profit is better then none.

I understand he runs a business, but that is too much still for a spoiler.
