Anyone see the new Classic Industries Camaro Catalog?

They had added a TON of 3rd and 4th gen parts when compared to last year. Good stuff.

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and was blown away by the number of new 3rd gen parts...

Yup, there is more Third Gen stuff coming out, I've always said its just a matter of time. What year is yours though and what car is on the cover??

If you go to ClassicIndustries.com you'll also see 2 or more new shirts with Third Gens on them. There is a good amount now, keep them coming!!

Finally, someone has seat covers and door panels!! Now, if someone could reproduce the 1987 Z28 striping, a one year only.... It seems it's the only year and model that's NOT reproduced......

I was looking at their new seat cover patterns available. The ad said it was the standard cloth upholstery but the photos showed what looked like the"custom cloth" option. Could anyone shed some light on this?

First off, it took me 4 weeks to get my catalog, and when I went to LA to visit family I went to Classic Industries and told them and their attitude was basically "shut up and take it" When I inquired about some parts and prices they quoted me $10-$15 dollars more than what was in their catalog between me and the desk guy 2 feet away. I asked why are the prices more than the one month old catalog and he said "oh well, must be the economy" Needless to say I just left the store and they will never get my business again, they SUCK. If you actually get a chance to visit their store, they act like their doing you a favor by helping you.

Maybe it they were having abad day.
I have ordered through them since 98 & have yet to have a problem with them.
Most of the guys are willing to help.
I mean I inquired about pace car seats for my 82 & the gal I talked to didnt have to see if they can special order them but she did. she could have said NO we dont carry them now bugger off. a couple months before I called & talked to one guy & he said to keep after them if they dont carry something now that if enough ppl called in they might start carrying that product.

Last summer I ordered 3 car covers for my cars & all but one came with a free lock. the one that didnt the guy threw in a lock just because.

If you had a problem with them you should have talked to the desk persons Supervisor or talked to the manager on staff at the time. Do not feel bad or anything about filing a complate. Thats what Costumer service is there for

I hear ya!
I live here! One time I went there, they tried to sell me a bright blue interior seat set for a Camaro! I wanted a Trans Am seat set! The store manager argued with me for about 10 minutes about it! I told him it wasn't what was in my 1970 Trans Am! He then told me that what I have is wrong! I know abit about the Birds to know better than what he was telling me! He started yelling at me! I told him I didn't care who he was, get somebody who did! He walked off in a huff, came back with a short guy from the back, who turned out to be the manager for the warehouse! The guy took one look at the opened seat set, and said, "Why are you trying to sell this guy a camaro seat set?" Too funny! The warehouse manager then went into the back, and brought out the correct seat set. I looked at it, and said thanks. The store manager asked if I was going to buy it. I told him no! Not with that attitude!! I didn't need the seat set, I want to check out the material!
The store manager was in a Camaro club too, when they had a car show, they didn't know where to put cars that weren't Chevys! The Trans Ams were spread over three different parking lots at the time! I never went to another one of their shows!
I also was told that they don't always stock stuff (meaning everything that they show in their catalog), they take your money, and order some things. On top of that, prices increase all the time at GM. So, sometimes it takes awhile to get what you ordered.
Not trying to flame, but I shop elsewhere, thank you!

Good luck,

George

I dont think much of them either. Been there a few times, left with a sour taste and no parts.

Interesting to see they are offering something useful. I wonder if my friend will tell me who is supplying them.
