Car: 1989 Formula 350
Engine: Stealth Rammed 350
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.45 9 bolt
want to find my RPO codes

i got my car and im tellin ya guys its wierd. the vin says it is a base firebird, its got the 305, and a 5 speed, the ws6 wing , the gta wheels, and i think the ws-6 suspension. now is there any way i can confirm which of these came on the car originally.
is there a way i can get the rpo codes for the car with only the VIN number?

Engine: LB9 305
Transmission: 4L60
At least in 90, don't know about earlier years, if you got the WS6 package, the 16" wheels were required. So if you do discover WS6 in there, you have your answer to 3 of your questions.

On both of my Birds the RPO decal was inside the console lid, I don't know if there's another located somewhere else.

I think in camaros is was 90 that they moved it to the rear locking storage compartment, not sure about birds though, might be worth a check.

yeah i looked under the console lid and they arent there, and i looked around in the trunk and didnt find anythign there eiter. Is there anyway i can find them out just by the VIN alone?
