Assembly manual

Any suggestions as to where can I find a complete, detailed and printed assembly manuals?

Not exactly an assembly manual, but you might consider a parts & illustration catalogs. It does not give you a how- to as much as where things go approximately...

For example, this is the front sheet metal, it includes more than one car, but it shows where some of the pieces go in an exploded fashon. You may even be well off to find another car and take notes from it. I bought my 2nd formula for that very reason.

Axle/Gears: 3.54 Dana 44
Before 1984 there were seperate assembly and service manuals. Since 1984 they've been combined. The parts and illustration manual is still a valuable thing, though.

okfoz, Parts & illustration catalogs will work. Can you point me toward a procurement source? The image that you attached to your reply is close to what I'm looking for.

You can order from Helms Inc...for complete shop manuals. They include all models (V6, V8, Formulas, Trans Am, etc). The manual has over 1000 pages and costs approx $135.00. I always purchase them for my vehicles (vette, stangs, Harley Davidson, S-10, etc). They are worth it.
