too much. one sat here in iowa on a lot for 6 months before someone dickered them down to 4200.00, but this one had 80,000 on the clock. so it matters if it is worth it to you.
now if it was a GTA i might change my mind, because i dont care much for FORMULAS. they are just not for me. but they are fast.
and i bought my car for under $5000.00 with 92,000 miles on it. and my car has the same rap sheet as your FORMULA, so i wouldnt pay it. unless it was a convt. or something.

Engine: treefitty
Transmission: stick
For that kind of money you can get a 4th gen.I got my 90 formula, in near showroom condition for 2 grand. One of the appealing factors of a 3rd gen is they could be had dirt cheap, at lest or now.

I paid $7499 for my 89 5.7L T/A with 23,000mi last year. Some might say it was too high, but for me & the cond that it was in, it was worth it & what I wanted. If it is in the condition you want, with the features that you are looking for, then get it. Up here in NY we pay higher that someone in the south or west might pay because it is harder to find them without rust already forming. So I guess it is all relative to the area you live.

formula 350s are somewhat rare and with such low miles the guy would deffinetly see 8 grand. It depends on what u want to do with the car. If ur gonna keep it origional and collect it than go for it. If u want to mod the **** out of it than it might not be what ur looking for. The reason the car is so expensive is becouse of the low miles. If u got a car with high miles with intentions of modding it , it would probably be better money wise. IMO i would get it.......only if its gonna stay origional
