Rear shoulder belts
I just picked up a 1991 Camaro RS (to go nicely along with the other 2 thirdgens I don't need). I noticed it has rear shoulder belts. I have never seen this before and was wondering if it was just me. I find it strange because my other 91 RS has rear lap belts. You can see in the first pic where the lap belt should come out on a normal car.

Transmission: 700R4 (MD8)
Axle/Gears: 2.73 Open (GU2)
Standard in 1990+ non-convertible f-bodies.
I'm not sure why your 1991 had lap belts, maybe they were replaced? is it a vert?
