Found this '82 t/a on ebay, but I've never heard of one. Is this a for real deal?

Ha yeah, super rare, it was the only one that was EVER assembled by hand at the factory. Says so on the title!

Seriously though, TONS of states abbreviate model names on titles...I think the one on my '02 reads "Formula/TRAM" (Formula/Trans Am).

In this case, I can almost assure you that the "FAM" is simply an abbreviation of Firebird/Trans Am.

Ugly striping though.
VIN lists it as a 1982 TA with LG4.

Ha...I have a Factory Assembled Model too...I asked the dealer for the options I wanted, and presto, it showed up 6 weeks later. I guess mine is one of a kind too. What ev.
