Difference

We all know that the head light and tail lights are different between the camaro and trans am but are their any internal differences?

One main thing the Camaro lights have the plate lights built into the inner sides of them, the TA lights do not since the plate mounts to the bumper cover and there is a plate light mounted above it. Not sure if the rest of the wireing/socket set up is the same or not? Why do you ask?

Just wondering I know my door seem to weigh more on my trans am than my old camaro I didnt know if the trans am had more sound deadening

Also remember that for the Camaro it wasn't until 1990 that they went to a digital speedometer while the Firebird went in 85, so the cluster wiring is going to be different in those years.

No, the doors are identical. However bracing and stuff inside them changed through the years.

It isn't a digital dash (but it was an option). The speedometer on the 85+ Firebirds was driving through electronics. The Camaro didn't switch away from a cable driven speedometer until the 1990 model year.
