1985 Z28 - 46,000 miles
What do you guys think about this car? I usually see more IROC's these days from 1985-1987 than regular Z28's even though GM made more regular (non-IROC) Z28's

Seems like a nice car. Could use a good detail, though.

We will be lucky if he gets 8k for it. Generally cars with those options will only pull about 6k to 7k

I really don't think he's far off right now. Most sub 50K cars are selling for around 10 - 15k at this time. There has been a price rise this summer for original low mileage cars. Most 6-7k cars I've seen lately have got 100K in miles or more.

Meh. I want to drive to work every day in a commuter car with an automatic trans so I can text/eat/live/talk/etc. Weekend toys require a manual transmission. This guy saved the wrong car - it will have limited appeal.

Like I said, neat car. But $11K is ALL the money for it.

There's been a lot of good deals on third gen this summer .. I would ask 8k and probably take 6k or 7k .. for around his asking price you can get mint third gens with 10k miles and with miles in the teens ..

Too much money. Not a clean enough car. The interior should have never been left to deteriorate if it is to be a five figure car. It was at one time used as a regular car, therefore price is too high.

As a loaded IROC, $11k is realistic.
As a basic Z28? $9k is all of it...$8k is realistic.

Its a great color combo and it looks like it will clean up well. Though I agree with others that at $11k it's all the money... It all depends on what you want though. Me personally, i'll probably never buy one with a 305 automatic ever again unless I buy one to LSX... I have had a few and have been disappointed, whereas the 350 cars to this day still feel strong to me. For the same price you can pick up a similar car with a 350 or 305/G92/5-speed.
