I dunno about the steering wheel.Just seems kinda pricey for a car with no A/C,among other things.

Its been for sale for a long time. Gateway dealers usually sit on these cars for years because they think they have gold for cars with normal wear from age

The Brake pedal pad is incorrect. The sail panel emblems are in the wrong location. It's not junk but it's got some issues.

Man y'all have some sharp eyes!Didn't even notice the steering wheel-just saw the a/c hose was gone.What about the rear hood vents?Which way does the vent install,with the vent inboard or outboard of the hood?

Those few very-dimly-lit (probably on purpose) under-chassis photos tell a tale; the obvious repaint likely hides a lot of bondo. Potential buyers beware; take a pocket magnet with you to verify the bodywork.
