I can't seem to get any type of dressing to adhere to it or my airbag cover. I used the magic eraser to clean them up a bit and strip off all the old armor all coats but, I switched to Black Magic and it seems like it won't ahere to the surface. It's glossy and then wet, then it dries and is a flat no shine surface. I've even tried Armor All on it again and to no avail. Please help!

You need to remove all traces of grease or oily substance. Try using white spirit. Test it on a piece of trim you can't see first though, as it can attack some plastics. Oh, and keep the windows open while you do it or you'll be high as a kite.
